If it's not working for you within 90 days of delivery, we'll refund your first order in full, including shipping. Empty bottles count. No interrogation, no hoops.
You can also cancel your subscription anytime, instantly, with no penalty.

First-Order Refunds (90-Day Empty-Bottle Guarantee)
If you're not satisfied with your first order from us, contact us within 90 days of delivery, and we'll refund the full purchase price — product cost and original shipping — to your original payment method.
• You don't need to send anything back. Keep, donate, or discard the bottles however you'd like.
• Empty bottles, partial bottles, and unopened bottles all qualify.
• One first-order refund per customer.
To start a refund, email us at help@genesisprotocolhealth.co with your order number, and we'll handle it from there.

Returns on Subsequent Orders
For orders after your first, unopened bottles can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost.
• We provide a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us.
• No restocking fees, no administrative fees.
• Opened bottles on subsequent orders cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. If you have an issue with a recurring shipment, contact us, and we'll work it out — case-by-case flexibility is part of how we do this.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, send us a photo at help@genesisprotocolhealth.co within 30 days of delivery.
No need to send anything back — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

How Refunds Are Processed
• We process approved refunds within 1–2 business days.
• Refunds go to the original payment method.
• Once we've processed it, your bank or card issuer typically posts the funds within 3–10 business days, depending on their timing.
• You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime — for any reason or no reason at all.

Cancellations take effect immediately. You won't be charged for any future shipments.
If a shipment was sent within 14 days before you cancel, and you don't want it:
Let us know, and we'll refund it in full. Beyond 14 days, the standard return policy above applies.

A Note on Returns
If you do need to mail something back to us:
• Use the prepaid label we provide so we can track it.
• If you choose to use your own shipping for some reason, please send us the tracking number — we can't refund items lost in transit without tracking.
